Turner Creek Reservoir is located to the west of the Black Hills. This area was/is rich with oil and coal deposits and the nearest town of Osage once had a population of 1500 people, primarily working in these or related industries. However, as of 2010, there were only approximately 200 people remaining in Osage. The reservoir is a man-made water storage unit on Turner Creek.
Follow Weston County Road 14
