Lake Alice is a natural three mile long reservoir formed by a massive landslide thousands of years ago. The scar from the event is still visible on the side of Lake Mountain. There is no natural outlet to this 200 feet deep lake. Spring Lake Creek emerges from the mountain a mile below the natural dam and merges with Hobble Creek in a half-mile.
