The 2 roads going in and out are more dirt than gravel. Pretty rough in places. Going out, I hit some muddy areas, slid around a bit. Maybe not a good spot to be in after a heavy rain or if pulling a trailer.
Couple of restrooms there. Don't know if they are new or left over from previous years.
No overnight camping.
Lake is shallow, lots of weeds. Water is crystal clear. I did not have a boat or pontoon. Was throwing a fly and bubble out, but could not get beyond the weeds. Needed another 10 to 20 yards. Another fellow I met early that morning, did have a pontoon. He was out just beyond the weed line and was knockin' 'em dead with a flyrod and a basic black nymph. I caught one cutthroat - beautiful fish, 19" - that morning. Big black wooly booger.
If I go back, I will take my lil tiny john boat with me. However...."so many lakes, so little time!"
