Yes, it is. If you don't want to share with others, than don't share at all. No pictures, no chatterbox with friends, no bragging in public, no, no, no . . .

The funny thing is, I've not noticed extra pressure impacting the fishery as much as folks think. Often the fish are still there, they're just acclimated to the common lures, in my opinion. Change it up, both spot and tactics. Which is why I rarely fish the same water two days running. Day two almost always is worse.

There are no secret spots unless you are fishing somewhere no one has ever been. Maybe some small hidden lakes in Alaska.
