any word on open fishable water at saratoga lake?

Flew over it on 3/5 and it appeared to have areas that were perhaps opened before the last round of cold weather but were now refrozen.

FYI -fishin buddy fished it recently and less than half the west end was open water but nice fish being caught from the bank. road crews working on the dam road.
