A recent article in Texas Parks and Wildlife Magazine made the case for an increasing issue revolving around illegal long-line fishing in the U.S.’s Gulf waters.
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and the U.S. Coast Guard are using "wanted" posters to attract any information they can related to illegal fishing in Texas-Mexico waterways.
