General Details:

Fayette County Reservoir was completed in 1978 as cooling reservoir. Located 10 miles east of LaGrange has two parks on the north end, Park Prairie Park and Oak Thicket Park. Both parks offer a boat ramp. Amenities are limited at Park Prairie, primarily basic camping. Oak Thicket offers much more... Log in for additional details...

From Austin take Texas 71 east approximately 60 miles and take ramp to TX -159. Turn left onto TX-159 east follow approximately to park entrance on right.
