TPWD management notes per John Tipps, "Belton is currently managed for a quality black bass fishery, including arguably the best smallmouth bass fishery currently in Texas. Belton/Stillhouse Hollow Lake Office: From IH-35, take US 190 , West, 2 miles to FM 1670. Turn left and proceed 2 miles. The office is located on the right adjacent to the Stillhouse Hollow dam. Address: 3740 FM 1670, Belton TX 76513. 254/939-2461
Westcliff Park: From IH-35, take 6th Ave, then proceed West, 2 miles, to Main Street (SH317). Go North, on Main, 3 miles to FM 439 and then West on 439, 6 miles to Sparta Road.
