a friend of mine is fishing at lake livingston and catching some big blues on rod and reel. they are drifting deep water with large cut shad. the biggest one he sent me a picture of today is 32#. if any of you want to catch big cats on rod and reel, this is the time of year to go after them. they will be concentrated in the deeper water.
