Welcome to the Granbury Bass Club.

We are a proud organization and want to share some of our history with you.

The Granbury Bass Club formed in 1984. The meetings have been held at various locations: Toledo Tackle (now The Patio Shop), Granbury Lanes, Members Homes, Old Granbury Auto Ranch, Pizza Inn, Bodacious Bar- B-Q, Chop N Block Bar-B-Que, Golden Corral Steak House on Hwy 144, and presently at the Spring Creek BBQ on Hwy 377.

The Granbury Bass Club is based in Granbury, TX, but has members from throughout the DFW- metroplex and other communities within the North & Central Texas area. Membership is open to anyone new members are voted in at the monthly meetings.

Our primary goals are (1) To encourage sportsmanship, fellowship and provide bass fishing techniques through lectures & materials, and (2) To support/sponsor youth and community programs.

The membership enrollment had grown as large as 103 members in the late 80's, and has been reduced to as few as 6 members in the early 90's. Membership has currently stabilized in the 20 – 30 range.
