Lake: Tsala Apopka Chain

Any info Appreciated on Henderson.(Tsala Apopka Chain)

Northern coming down the first week of March with Boat in tow. My Uncle and Parents live in Inverness and I will be on Lake Henderson. Have been trying to find a FHS Map or something to give me an idea of Depths in this lake? Is there a map available for the Tsala Apapka chain that would include Henderson? Not worried about locations or spots to catch fish. I like figuring that out on my own. Any help in finding a map for this area would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Dan

Fishing has been great in the whole Tsala Apopka chain. There are 2 maps available for Henderson and surrounding lakes. They are available at local bait shops such as Soggy Bottom Tours and Tackle in Hernando, FL The phone # there is 352-419-4927. Lots of nice bass being caught on rattle trap and jointed swim baits. Water temp is in the low to mid 60's.

Thanks Bait shop Bob!
Really looking forward to getting down there! Probably a safe assumption that the spawn will be completely done by the time I get there, so I'll be looking at "Post Spawn" conditions for the most part.
Thanks again!

I know that some of the other lakes in Florida still have a spawning time in March so there may still be some big females getting ready to go up on the beds near the full moon in March. Good luck and let us know how you did.

Thanks HawgHauler,
I'll watch the phases and post on how I do. Be stopping by Soggy Bottom tackle on my way in next Saturday to pick up a map of the area. Just want to know where the depths are while I'm running, don't need to run up on a shoal or stumps and ruin my week! Hopefully they have decent maps about the Tsala Apopka chain showing where it's safe to run WOT and where I should just idle around.
