89 folks won prizes this year ranging from fishing trips to gift cards to fishing gear. I hope this makes your week a bit brighter! Of course not everyone can win, so to those that tried but came up empty, there's always next year. We'll be doing it again!
This annual event is an effort to focus on the importance of fishing condition reports for the lakes and rivers we cover here on FishExplorer.com. This April will mark our 15th year since launching the website. Back in 2005 when I was building the basic concept and structure of FishExplorer, it revolved solely around a catalog of lakes. After launching in April 2006 many things came to surround this, but still to this day the core of FishExplorer remains to be the catalog of lakes and rivers and the updates required to maintain them.
Keeping this catalog updated is an ongoing 24/7 process and it relies on numbers of committed anglers willing to help. So if you leave this blog with one thought, may it be this as we venture forth: help maintain this resource by
contributing reports on a continual basis, or if you're not able to do that then please support FishExplorer with an
FxR+ Subscription. It all goes towards the end goal of having good through information at hand to, quite simply, just go fishing!
