On the east side of Grand Lake is the East Inlet Trailhead. For the first two miles, the trail gradually climbs along East Inlet Creek, offering plenty of opportunity to fish near the trail. Only a third of a mile from the traihead is picturesque Adams Falls, which is a big draw much of the trail traffic drops off from here.
