Our Area Manager, Mike Collins, will be in your respective areas next week collecting comments on Public Law 111-11 which has to do with revenues from excess capacity contracting on the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project. Meetings will begin at 11 a.m. in both Pueblo (August 10, at the Pueblo Shrine Club) and Glenwood Springs (August 11 at the Hotel Colorado). Please see the attached news release for more information or visit our on-line newsroom:
http://www.usbr.gov/newsroom/newsrelease/detail.cfm?RecordID=36964

Meanwhile, releases from Ruedi Dam to the Fryingpan River are dropping again tonight
to about 180 cfs. This should put flows in the 'Pan just under 200 cfs.

Inflows across the Fry-Ark Project have dropped off now that run-off is complete. We are back to more typical operations for this time of year. To learn more, please visit our recently updated webpages for the both projects, Pueblo, and Ruedi: http://www.usbr.gov/gp/ecao/.

Best,
Kara
