Eleven Mile State Park hosts ice fishing tournament March 5

Colorado Parks and Wildlife
This leg of the Cabela's Colorado Classic Pro-Am Ice Fishing Tournament produced by the 11 Mile Marina, is known as the Marina March Madness.

The derby format team event allows the two angler teams to use their own equipment and fish anywhere in a large designated area near the North Shore Marina. There are three two-hour fishing sets, basically a new contest every two hours, so you are always in the hunt. Cash prizes are awarded for first through third place for each set. During weigh in breaks, enjoy food provided by Fishing Has No Boundaries and win cash and prizes by taking your shot at the three-point and free throw basketball court set up on the ice. It is a unique and fun ice fishing contest that wraps up the 2016 ice fishing season. There are thousands of dollars at stake for winning teams along with great prizes to be won by random draw.
