LEARN TO FLY FISH IN GRAND JUNCTION, FREE FROM COLORADO PARKS AND WILDLIFE

Meet at the CPW Hunter Education Building located at 711 Independent Avenue in Grand Junction at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 17.

The program is designed for beginners and no experience is necessary. All equipment will be provided. Topics will include insect biology, casting techniques and gear - including rods, reels and flies. Participants will have the opportunity to dry-land cast to sharpen their newly learned skills.

Instructors include members of the Grand Valley Anglers chapter of The Trout Unlimited Club and Colorado Parks and Wildlife personnel will be on-hand to discuss laws and regulations.
