COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Colorado Division of Wildlife is sponsoring a free "Beginning Fly Tying Class" Sat., March 20, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., at the DOW Office, 4255 Sinton Rd., in Colorado Springs.

The program will provide participants with the general knowledge on how to tie their own flies.

"The class is geared for beginners and those who have never tied flies," said Matt Yamashita, a District Wildlife Manager with the DOW. "It's a great opportunity for a hands-on introduction."

The seminar is free. The DOW will supply the materials.

Class size is limited to 12 persons. Pre-registration is required.
