Trinidad Lake closed to motorized boating September 19 for boat dock maintenance

Trinidad Lake State Park ( [log in for link] ) will be closing the reservoir to motorized boating on Thursday, September 19, to install a new anchor system at the boat dock. Boat inspections for aquatic nuisance species (ANS) will be unavailable during this time. The lake will reopen to motorized boating and ANS inspections on Friday, September 20.
Hand-launched boats without a trolling motor, including belly boats, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards will still be allowed on the water. All other park activities will remain unaffected.
