Barr Lake State Park Hosts Holiday Open House on Dec. 3
BRIGHTON, CO. - Bring your family and friends to enjoy Barr Lake’s Holiday Open House and savor delicious holiday refreshments on Saturday, Dec. 3. It’s a day filled with something for everyone! The events, held at the Barr Lake Nature Center, are free and reservations are not required, but please remember that all vehicles entering the park must purchase a $7 daily pass or display a $70 an annual Colorado State Parks pass.

§ 9a.m. - 4 p.m. Shop with a purpose and save 15% All bookstore items and clothing are on sale!
§ 10 a.m. Live Bird of Prey
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience a LIVE raptor up close.
§ 12:30-3 p.m. Craft Making for Kids
Enjoy making a pinecone bird feeder or holiday ornament, and/or create your own wrapping paper to wrap your gifts/purchases. There will also be a FREE face painter to add to the fun activities.
