Coming from the west to the Grand Mesa area, the Mesa Lakes grouping is the first encounter with the 100 plus fishable waters on the mesa. This grouping offers campsites, a lodge, restaurant, and easy access to a number of lakes.

Getting there:
From Mesa go south on Hwy 65 13.7 miles to access road on right just past Jumbo Reservoir. Follow access road 0.3 miles, to Glacier Springs Pond (on right). Alternatively, take second right past Jumbo Reservoir to Mesa Lakes Lodge (permission to park suggested if not a guest of the lodge). Lake can be accessed from the lodge by hiking up the hill on the access road or the path running alongside the road.
