Beaver Lake is one of several closely grouped waters often referred to as the Mesa Lakes area. The grouping has a lot to offer. There are developed campgrounds, picnic areas, hiking trails, excellent fishing, non motorized boating, and a lodge offering a restaurant, fuel, fishing tackle, and cabin... Getting there:
From Mesa, south on Highway 65, 13.7 miles to the access road just past Jumbo Reservoir. Turn right and follow this paved road past Sunset Lake (on right) to Beaver Lake (on left). Alternatively, take second right past Jumbo Reservoir to Mesa Lakes Lodge. Beaver Lake is southeast across the parking lot from the Mesa Lakes Lodge.
