One of several high mountain reservoirs located near Cameron Pass, Barnes Meadow is frequently overlook despite being located along Colorado 14 and in close proximity to Chambers Lake. Getting there:

From Fort Collins, take US 287 north to Colorado Hwy14 west. Barnes Meadow is located along Hwy. 14 just east of Cameron Pass opposite the access road to Chambers Lake. Limited road side parking is available south of the dam.
