Trappers Lake, the second largest natural water in Colorado, is located in northwestern Colorado, just inside the Flat Tops Wilderness. Getting there:
From Meeker, take State Highway 13 east for 1 mile, turn right onto County Road 8 for 39 miles. Turn right on Trappers Lake Road for 10 miles to any of the 3 parking lots accessing Trappers Lake.
