Willow Creek Reservoir, in Arapaho National Forest, is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of its sister lakes to the northeast. Getting there:
Turn west from highway 34 onto County Road 40, roughly 5 miles north of Hwy. 40, or a quarter mile south of the southern Granby entrance. Travel about 2.5 miles until road dead-ends into the lake road. Turn left over the dam and take your first right to reach the boat ramp and main parking area.
