Well I was thinking the ANS $ 25.00 fee, tax was to cover some of this ? But no, when did they start to charge a ramp fee ? Is it next a fee to tie on a dock cleat ? Or how 'bout an appointment fee when you can be there.

Aurora fee's are $85 for the Annual and $20 for watercraft. They have some discounts for Aurora residents and seniors.
As far as I know there is no ramp fee or anything else . . .the watercraft fee covers ANS inspection, too.
The watercraft fee is for trailered boats .I think it is for boats that fit in the back of a truck too.

Aurora is a city of Aurora Lake the Watercraft Access pass pay for the ANS inspectors The ANS inspectors are city employees not state employees therefore they are paid by the city.

i2fly . . .does your pontoon have any compartments? . . .if your pontoon has no compartments it does not need an ANS inspection . . .I regularly see watercraft launch from the boat ramp with no inspection . . .no inclosed compartments, equal no inspection needed . . .but if you have closable compartments on board, you need inspected. If you go fishing at Aurora more than 8 times a year . .look into an anual pass . . .it will save you some money.

So I had to pay the ANS fee twice, when I bought my license and to Aurora ? When I ask the ranger at 6060 Broadway he said it should be covered. I guess not. I'll pay up and fee the$!* out of me.
