Was looking to hit Williams Fork this week and have never been there before. Any suggestions on a few good spots for lakers would be appreciated.

Fish Granby a lot so just need to be pointed in the right direction.

Thanks in advance!

From the recent report, there is ample ice from the boat launch. If you are coming by way of hi 9/40, Wolford sounds iced as an option. Cheers

Most folks are willing to give tips on how to catch fish. But when it comes to sharing good locations people tend to get tight lipped fast. Especially for species like lakers, muskie, large mouth bass to name a few.

When locations are given, it is not unusual for that place to be overrun with several of your new best friends right after.

Fish all the holes.

From the boat launch on the East side, walk straight out into water at least 70' deep (if at full pool) - that's what I do with an OK luck. Fish on the bottom but watch for fish mid-column too - they will feed more aggressively.
