Cows and Fish...?

The rivers are hitting their marks before snowmelt. My go to rigs are jigs, jigs, and more jigs. An occasional rapala is working very well too. Fishing on a rancher's easment brought quite a crowd of enthusiastic fisher... umm... cows? Their envy was obvious. I doubt if they could even cast or reel with their cloven hooves though...

We noticed years ago that when cows or game were on their feet and feeding that the fish were also biting. We could predict the bite by it sometimes.
