It burns my motor when someone post's a thread asking for help about something that I can help them with . . . . .then they never follow through with my offer of help . . . .I come here to learn/share and help others in the fishing community.I don't need to name anyone, you know who you are . . .SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

While I understand your frustration, a person can only do so much. You have helped so many others in the past, and are always willing to share information and give of yourself, be it time or knowledge. Itís unfortunate some folks canít reciprocate by following up on their requests. I guess itís just the way some people are. Donít let it get you downÖcontinue to stay genuine!

skiman . . . .Thanks for the understanding words . . .it comes down to "his loss" as this is a "time matters" issue . . . .the Kokes are not going to be usable soon as they decay quickly after they try to spawn.
OH-WELL! Nothing I can do to fix this . . .but I sure can carp about it.

All you can do is offer.
The other thing is not everybody logs into Fish Explorer everyday like we do.

H-P I understand your points and yes it does piss you off when you try to help someone and they don't respond. There could be some event that prevents the person from responding but it seems like a late follow up by them would be the appropriate thing to do and you just don't see that very often. Just chalk it up to one of the things that can happen on a public forum and move on. H-P Thanks for your input to the forum we greatly appreciate it.

Totally agree...

That is not usual behavior for the member in this case as they are usually very responsive.

But I get it...

Okay Hawiian. I appreciate your offer of help. But I have a feeling it is gonna be the same conversation we had last year about this very topic. IE I need to contact Jon up north and volunteer for a day and get all the fresh salmon I need. We spoke about this for an hour last year, but if it is something different, I'll give you a call. Well, there is also a certain pleasure from the art and technique of snagging that I enjoy and would rather do.

Okay and for all you others...I have been in the process of getting a new computer hooked up and running. That affects all that I do on computer and must be attended to and is my priority. I do not read fish explorer every day and glad you others have the luxury to chastize me for not replying according to YOUR timelines. What a bunch!

CWP does the same thing at Blue Mesa I found out . . .but I'm afraid you are going to be too late this year.Woford is over 2 million eggs and the BM count is equal or more, but both are slowing down as the Kokes are starting to be getting past ripe.
