Just my opinion but that place really doesn't seem to be maintained very well. I know they are trying to fix up the south parking lot and shoreline but as far as the fishing goes, it's not the best.

does anyone know if any fish lived. some fish like catfish can live at low oxgen levles. the last time i was there in mid september we seen alot of dead carp few shad and very few blue gill. i walked the whole lake and seen no dead catfish. i did still see carp jumping . so maybe the catfish are ok. i sure hope so i have many pics of very big catfish we have caught there in the last 4 or 5 years.got 1 pic of a 41 inch 34lbs monster i got there got some pics and released him.this june we got the only big cat this year about 18 lbs.then the fishing just died as the water warmed up.so fingers crossed the catfish made it.if any one heres anything on this lake, plzz let use know.. ty
