Brook trout fishing IPWA

The high mountain lake action is heating up! Did some fishing last Saturday for Brook trout in Indian peaks wilderness area. Water temperatures were 56 and fishing was great! Dry dropper, spinning gear, and streamer fishing worked. Also saw a moose. Made a video if anyone wants to check it out! [log in for link]

Nice but how did you break the fly rod?

Thanks Barnacles, yeah the average size in this area is pretty decent.

RogBow I was just pulling line out and it broke. Must have had a weak spot that got worse as I was fishing throughout the day. Thankfully it is covered under warranty. I just have to send it in.
