Brook trout fishing IPWA

The high mountain lake action is heating up! Did some fishing last Saturday for Brook trout in Indian peaks wilderness area. Water temperatures were 56° and fishing was great! Dry dropper, spinning gear, and streamer fishing worked. Also saw a moose. Made a video if anyone wants to check it out! [log in for link]

Nice but how did you break the fly rod?

Thanks Barnacles, yeah the average size in this area is pretty decent.

RogBow I was just pulling line out and it broke. Must have had a weak spot that got worse as I was fishing throughout the day. Thankfully it is covered under warranty. I just have to send it in.
