Coming over to camp and fish for my birthday on a long weekend trip from the 3rd to the 8th. Wondering how it's fishing? I plan on hitting Harvey Gap as well but will be camping at Rifle and am planning on at least a couple days there.
I fly fish and will have a trout setup and a heavier weight rod to try and get into some pike and maybe some smallies. Any tips on sizing and colors would be appreciated. I've done well on smaller pike over the years at Harvey but haven't targeted them at Rifle before.
