Are you allowed to bring a guest on your permit or does every individual need to have one?

Must have individual permits. In the summer watch out for Rattle snakes.

I am fairly certain the DOW quit stocking Button Rock, waste of money

If you look at the stocking report CPW has stock fish the last two years.

@tigerSmith I fished the crap out of it last year. It's an excellent fishery. They stocked it with 80,000 cutbows actually. I spoke with the Ranger several times about it.

I think they have zero plans to stock it in the future with this years fish being diverted to other waters. The rangers don't have any influence on the stocking since they don't actually raise any fish.

@tigerSmith maybe, neither of us know for sure. You're right about the rangers having zero influence but that wasn't why I brought them up. I was simply relaying their report to me.
