Heard today that ice is nearly gone at Smith Reservoir in Costilla County. A few folks were fishing near the dam but it may be gone by days end. We icers really got robbed this year. The ice was late and is going off a few weeks early! I better get to Blue while I can....
Even with the temps we are having for the next few days,I too fear the end is near for front range ice. EDIT: We must have got some new ice on the front range in the last few days . . .it's been warmer in the mtns.
