This year I thought I focus on cats learn a lot. Usually just get lucky and cat a few master a 5/6 a year was my best in a year. This year I hit 23 master 4 38inches.
That big one in the middle is a monster!!!! Nice year for sure!!! Are those monsters good eating or muddy tasting? Catfish is my favorite but I'm not sure I've ever chowed one that big.
Thanks fellas I put em all back fish for sport 90% of the time and big fish go back. Hook size and line was the biggest improve this year for me and how to set your drag.

Those are some very nice cats! Congratulations and thank you for releasing the big boys and girls! As you know, it takes decades for fish to get that big and by releasing them, you and others can enjoy the thrill of catching those monsters again and again. You’re a great conservationist and sportsman!

Outstanding!! I like how you dedicate a whole year to a target species and MASTER it. I’m seeing mostly Blues, right? Do you target them specifically? How late into the night are you typically find them feeding?
Not To Old I moved to OK down on lake Texoma almost 2 years ago. Got my new boat on the slip at the marina not far about 1 mile from my house. No SUPs around here and the fishing is crazy good year round. No ANS inspections loving it best thing i ever did was leave colorado for a state that manages fishing and hunting better then CO. I do miss everyone on the forum i learned alot from being on this site and i will continue to lurk around from time to time. Thanks for asking about me appreciate it.
