I've almost completed the trials for a seat on the council of Colorado's Secret Society of Catfish Anglers. Bought an extra rod stamp to fish with Punch last week & never realized how productive an extra rod can be. Flipping jigs for trash fish can be a good way to pass the time when you're waiting for a nice cat to swim by.

Those catfish are underrated for eating. I let the big ones go, but occasionally keep a 2 pounder --- As good as anything out there I think.
