Last River session of Summer (6/28)

A few weeks back during the cooler weather we had out here on the Western Slope, we had an incredible time fishing the Eagle River!!!

We got out with two great young anglers, and caught a load of brown trout! It was all about Dynamic Lures this day as the HD Trout and J-Spec really shined! We also got to do some field testing with the unreleased Z-Spec lure from Dynamic!! Days like this is why you fish🎣🎣🎣

Hope you all enjoy the video (pictures for those who don't have time)! We got some nice drone shots and had incredible action out on the river!! Even though it was a crowded day out (lots of Anglers of all varieties), it seemed everyone had an on-fire bite!!

For browns I pretty much only use the hd in the brown trout pattern. They can’t resist. What’s the difference between J and the Z?

I really appreciate that!! It was a really fun time out on the water. Ya it was nice to see nothing sickly or super thin. No dead trout on the shores all day either so that was nice to see too.

That's certainly a good choice for browns and usually my go-to as well...The ghost cutthroat and HD Natural were crushing it for me as though, especially the HD natural. The difference will just be the size, the Z-spec will be one inch longer. They're making the action the same (working on adjusting some weights right now and also trying some different size diving bills).
