Thick ice and plenty of rainbows at Manitou Lake

Around 18" of ice near the spillway. Large group of Boy Scouts fishing there we fished east of them ini about 9 feet of water. Good fishing before the temperature started to plummet in mid afternoon. Plenty of rainbow stockers on Ratfinkees tipped with wax worms and meal worms about midway through the water column. Some folks fishing near the bottom were also getting suckers.
