Smallest laker

Caught this tiny thing 5.5 inches
If you zoom in you can see a noose wrapped around the back of his head kinda weird. No hooks. An hour or so earlier I heard some one say they had caught a very small laker with wire around the back of its head.
I cut the line off and freed the little guy.
