Hammering Aggressive Pre-Storm Chubster Rainbows

I love getting out before or during a storm to ice fish. The drive to the lake is not my favorite but once on the hardwater the fishing is worth every minute. Me and Paul got up super early to fish the sunrise bite non stop action over 30 fish by noon. Here is video [log in for link] here.

Also a few of the bigger fish and a home made Jaw Jacker that works well that only cost $7 to make.

Tip . . .bring a few bath towels to dry your hands off,the darker the color towel the better. I keep a few in the boat and carry one on the ice.
