Lots of lakes starting to freeze up over here on Grand Mesa above 10K!
Got "Revenge" on a lake that gave us some issues when we took Sam's Aunt and Uncle fishing this summer. Glad to run into such an active bite...We were there for the early afternoon and probably landed around 40-50ish fish.
Tungsten Jig 1/16oz with the Nano Fry from Kenders Outdoors has been an absolute killer for me and for Sam the 1/32oz Berkely Powertube is keeping right up! Happy to be reporting such success, can only hope it continues! As more lakes freeze, we'll be branching out more...Hoping to make AT LEAST 2 or 3 trips to lakes closer to the front range area this ice season!
