Theres a hunting season on them

There all over up in the alpine and tundra lands
We had a pine Martin get into our building today
We don't see him inside he runs around
The mice are no were to be scene

we've seen the weasels attack the mice and shrews while riding the lifts early in the morning going out for avalanche control

I seen this little guy over and over again this fall.

..he was about 5ft away from me. Probably watching them hunt.

The white one is an Ermine.

It could be a Fisher. If the tip of the tail is black, that would be the clue. I've seen them near the Flattops.
