Smith Reservoir Costilla County

Looks like water levels are coming up. Most of the fish (all?) perished in the summer draw down. I am hoping a stocking could occur soon for the ice fishers.

Also a reminder...please pick up discarded fishing line and dispose of properly. This raven at Smith died from failure to do so. Thanks to all the good guys out there who take care of their own PLUS that of others.
