You got an airbrush? Some of the fabric they make veils with make good scale patterns.

I could make whatever you can think up but you wouldnt like the tooling charge or the minimums. I suggest getting a painter grade masking tape and hand cutting shapes you want. If you go to Hobby Lobby theres a tabletop diecut machine called a Big Shot that you could use to cut maskant shapes...its about $100. You could get sign vinyl in any color , even holographic, and cut exact shapes with it.

Fly skinz has a video on airbrushing. I believe he has a stencil kit that hareline distributes.

Small mouth and Large mouth bass patterns as well as rainbow and brown trout patterns.

My wife has a Cricut and she made a few for me but it doesn't come out as good because sometimes its too small for the cut, and cuts too close to each detailed pattern shape. So half of it will work and the other half wont.

My wife has the the Cricut too. She said it canít do that fine of detail. You need an industrial grade machine for that. Search online. I came across fine

Scale netting aka mesh . Base coat is the color of the scales ,then wrap the mesh around ( you can use some small clips to hold it tight ) then over spray with the colors you want the main color to be. check out tackleundergound. Its a good site ,you can find all the info you want there. you can find lists of distributors on there . jansnet craft and lure craft are the two main ones i use
