As I look back on fishing in 2019 the're many fishing memories most involve the 2 weeks our grandson was visiting.
His first nice cats. a pair of 9# cats on the same day.
His first MA cat 31" and 12.87# first pic
Catching his first ever small mouth. walleye. drum. wiper. and white bass.
My daughter crying when I gave her the rod.that was my dads. and reel i got when I was about 9 for Christmas.
And last but not least was my trip to Texoma when I caught my PB cats a 34# and a 54# with in three minutes of each other. 2nd pic
Please add your memories of 2019 fishing.

If she is anything like my first grand daughter she will be sitting on the fish bank wearing her pink tutu and princess crown giggling as she pulls the worms into little pieces lol.

I had owned a float tube for nearly two years and finally got it out on the water this Spring and it drastically improved the quality and quantity of my catch throughout the year!

Also, got into a bunch of brood stock in a small and unlikely pond,, caught multiples between 17 & 21" where the average fish is 10", and helped an old guy land his PB, nice surprises and a great time meeting and helping someone land their biggest fish ever

Broke the 40 laker mark right away in 2019, caught some nice bows all year and my buddy John and I finished the almost two year process of getting our outfitters license and special use permits and finally ran our first guided trip on Antero and had an absolute blast

Having my son catch some shark that he wanted to do the entire time in Key West but never could get one to the boat. It was a great time! And of course catching my first bass in Colorado.

A lot come to mind. Best was probably getting my son out on the boat for his first time. We didn't fish. Just cruzed around north sterling. Best fishing memory this year would have to be fishing with my dad, brother, brother in law and nephew out in Florida. Next would be the stellar walleye bite I got on with Bron and Captain doughgball fishing CC with Austin Parr. As always getting together with friends and making new fishing friends each year is awesome!
