Eyefishing . . . .ice at Aurora can be a bit of a trick to say when it will be OK/safe to icefish. I've seen years where the coves will freeze, but the main lake never does freeze and I've seen years where the whole lakes frozen . . . .only time will tell . . . . .you have a mtn bike? We ride in from the bike path gates on the back side of the park . . .google search it and see where we get in at. Ice on Aurora this year may be a bit schetchy as the lake is about 4 feet low and if they pump a ton of water in to bring it back to normal pool . . .it may make freezing a bit harder or take longer to freeze. Hint: Watch for me to start posting "condition" reports for Aurora.Aurora closes for boating on Nov 30 . . . . .if I am making condition reports and the boat ramp is closed . . . .where am I? Hint . . . . .Hint!

Pitbull44 . . . .where at Aurora do you fish? I fish around the back of the lake in Lonetree cove . . . .look for a Schwinn Adult trike with an electric bike front wheel kit. We still have a few more days of open boat ramp . . . .
