New to the forum, but looking forward to contributing lots of great content and updates/current conditions from all my fly fishing adventures around Colorado. Here's my most recent youtube video from a very recent trip to the Colorado River ..... putting some beautiful Colorado Browns, Rainbows and even a Mountain Whitefish in the net!

Welcome! Cool Vid! We hit the River yesterday and the Brown bite was on fire! I love the fight that the Whitefish put up! I’ve only caught a few but got an M.A. out of the Fork a couple of years ago! 🎣🤙

really appreciate you checking out the video bharper! was such a blast and I didn't want to stop, but wore myself out after 8 hrs of freezing my butt off in the river (doesn't help when you slip and fall in at 7am and don't have extra clothes to change into!!). Can't wait to get back out there again soon. The browns are extra feisty right now!! thanks again, dan

oh and regarding the whitefish, I know a lot of people can't stand them, but I love catching them. Great fight, and I like to think of them of Colorado's bonefish :) And that MA of 15" is definitely within reach when fishing the Colorado!!

bharper, now that's a beast of a CO Bone!! Awesome. And I've never been to the Roaring Fork to fish, and you just gave me a good excuse. Need to hit that and the Frying Pan!!

really appreciate that not too old to fish! definitely was a good day in terms of putting fish in the net. Still searching for that 20+" brownie, but hopefully get him next time I'm up there :)
