Spinney Thursday?

Post By: bruce1fish      Posted: 10/2/2019 7:43:47 PM     Points: 343
I'm meeting my son at Spinney tomorrow. Planning on fishing from the shore somewhere and I'll try to throw streamers and my son usually fishes spinning gear. I would appreciate any suggestions as to where and what to use. I've heard that white tube jugs are doing well so I'll use some 3" white clousers that I have and I have a white wooly bugger or two. TIA!

I'll be at Spinney tomorrow, actually staying till Sunday. Are you only up for a day? Friday - Sunday I have some extra boat space you guys are welcome to hop on. I'll be trolling around the bank looking for pike. Don't know anything about the trout bite though.

Not sure about flies but white tubes fished high in the water column usually do very well for trout this time of year. I am a boat Fisher though, so not sure about from shore I will be up Sunday and Monday hunting pike as well
