Wwwweeeelllll maybe not totally true. But did get a small pike that made me think I was back in TX in the heavy hydrilla where the big bass live. lol Last couple weeks Kev and I spent a few days at South Park and I have proof Kev can indeed catch fish there, no matter what he says. Spicyhombre and Quinn were there too but much like Mr Wilson from Home Improvement, couldn't get them on camera.

We caught all manner of fish.. from small to large. And anybody that says trout don't fight are crazy, there's plenty of proof in this vid that they can be exceptional opponents.

In the vid there are fish from 11 Mile, Spinney and Antero!

Really shouldn't put your fingers in their gills.

wolverine - welcome to the forum

Panfishin - I just approved a Spinney update [log in for link] let me know if you need more info

frigid i hole - thank you sir. Coming from the great photo and videographer I take that as high compliment.

Kev - I didn't want to brag, but you got me. It is indeed an Arctic bass. Opposite of how bears hibernate in the winter, Arctic Bass hibernate from later spring until mid to late fall. What you see in the vid is a lair I discovered where they hibernate and are beginning to come out of their slumber. Had they been fully awake, my life would certainly have been in jeopardy! Arctic Bass are the best!
