Stayed in a 20 sq yd area and the Smallmouth were plentiful. Nothing big but the action was hot! Got a lot of compliments on my homemade Bellyboat, Bronco colors of course. About 75-80 fish in about 5 hours, I'll take it over work anyday!

If you really want to finish off the Broncos look, and also help that boat last longer, head over to Ace Hardware and get some stuff called "Blue Maxx" It is a water based liquid rubber that will not eat the foam you are using for flotation. Will keep the foam from absorbing water, and make it quite a bit stronger.
We make marine flotation out of EPS (foam), it is coated with poly-urea (much like truck bed liner) to keep it from absorbing water. We use the blue maxx on the foam on below grade foundations. takes 2-3 coats to meet the 10mil thickness. you may want to go thicker.

Thanks Ajax, i'll get some of that, I tried spraying the foam with truck bed liner and it started eating the foam, I have more tweaking and fine tuning on the float but will stay with the Bronco colors as much as I can

Yep, that'll do it. Anything solvent based will eat foam, most of the automotive liners are solvent based. Some Ace locations stock it, if they don't.. find someone that works there and they can bring it in on their next inventory truck. It is as blue as a smurf, should complete the broncos look perfectly.
