Nice Wipers! The past two weeks have been pretty awesome for us too. Walleye, bass and crappie throughout the day and Wiper action before sunset into the twilight hours. This years group looks super healthy. Thanks for sharing.

Well done and many more to you.
Q: I've never caught a wiper that big, have you ever kept one to eat? That big a wiper any good to eat? or is it like some fish that once they get past a size they don't taste good?

I once had deep fried fillets from a 9 pounder. It was fall, out of cool water, and absolutely delicious. Came out of Lake Ogallala, the "little lake" below Big Mac. Those are awesome fish!! If you don't mind, what lures or bait has been working so well for you?

Nice fish! Big wipers taste fine. :) But I'm not sure about wipers from your area. I don't eat wipers from within 1 hour of the Denver area because they taste no better than carp.
